Description

Poisons, Puzzles and a Sharp Mind

Maomao is the clever young apothecary at the heart of The Apothecary Diaries, raised by a skilled pharmacist and later taken to work as a servant in the imperial palace. Her deep knowledge of herbs and poisons quickly draws attention, and she ends up solving one palace mystery after another alongside the palace official Jinshi. Fans love her blunt honesty, her dry humor and her slightly alarming habit of testing poisons on herself. This collection brings her to the dakimakura format, printed on both sides.

The artwork shows her in simple palace servant robes in soft green tones, with her hair neatly tied up and the unimpressed expression fans know well. Herbs, medicine and touches of palace elegance complete each design.

Maomao would probably inspect this cover for hidden poisons first, and might even be a little disappointed to find nothing but quality fabric. Discover more of the palace in the full Apothecary Diaries collection.
